Who is Android 19?

Android 19 is the trusty subordinate of Dr Gero who helps him when battling the Z fighters, and he is also the one who carried out the medical procedure that took Dr Gero’s Brain out of his body and into Android 20.

Although he was created after Androids 16, 17 and 18, he was actually activated first in order to assist Dr Gero in his gathering the final bits of energy and data needed to complete the other androids.
