Who is Dr Gero?
Dr Gero is one of the smartest characters in Dragon Ball, possibly even smarter than Bulma and Dr Brief. Although we didn’t see him until Dragon Ball Z, Dr Gero was the unseen hand behind the mechanical Red Ribbon army, which Kid Goku had such fun destroying. After being humiliated by Goku, Dr Gero made it his lifes ambition to create a machine capable of destroying the pesky Saiyan.
Fast forward to Dragon Ball Z, and Dr Gero is responsible to creating some of the strongest fighters we’d ever seen before including Android 16, Android 17, Android 18, Android 19 and Cell. He also bravely turned himself into an Android by placing his brain in the body of Android 20 to give himself longer life and more power.

- Dr Gero has pads in his wrist that can absorb Ki from either a Ki Blast or directly through the skin of one of his victims.
Eye Laser
- This is a powerful laser that is fired directly out of the eye balls of Dr Gero. Although not a super powerful attack, it can be used to stun opponents who are unaware of it.
